Delete your Rizzly account
You can delete your Rizzly account and all associated data (generated replies, uploaded screenshots, subscription history) at any time.
From the app
- Open Rizzly on your iPhone.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) on the Home tab.
- Tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm the deletion.
Account and data are removed within 24 hours. This action can't be undone.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@rizzly.ai from the email on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We'll confirm and delete within 72 hours.
Subscription handling
Deleting your account stops all data retention but does NOT cancel your Apple subscription. To cancel billing, go to:
iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Rizzly → Cancel.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (ID, email, name)
- All generated replies
- All uploaded screenshots and generated photos
- Subscription event history (except what we must retain for tax/accounting law)
- PostHog diagnostic events (linked to your anonymous ID)
