Terms of Service

1. The deal

Rizzly is an AI dating assistant that generates reply suggestions, analyzes chat screenshots, and produces dating-optimized photos. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 17 years old. If you use NSFW mode, you must be at least 18 and confirm you're in a jurisdiction where adult content is legal.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Free trial: 3 days. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• After trial, auto-renews at the tier price shown at purchase.
• Apple handles all billing. Refunds go through Apple, not us. We can't issue partial refunds.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. What you can't do

• Upload screenshots of minors or anyone who hasn't consented to be processed by AI.
• Use Rizzly to harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Scrape the API, reverse-engineer the app, or resell the service.
• Use Rizzly while operating a vehicle. Seriously.

5. AI output is not advice

The replies, analyses, and photos Rizzly generates are AI-generated and not human- reviewed. Use them at your discretion. We're not responsible for the outcome of any conversation, date, relationship, or interaction that results from using the app.

6. Our content, your content

The app, logos, and original content are ours. The screenshots and text you upload remain yours — we only use them to run the feature you asked for. Generated replies: you can use them however you want.

7. Termination

You can delete your account any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is deleted within 24 hours.

8. No warranty, limited liability

Rizzly is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee matches, dates, or response rates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

Delaware, USA. Disputes handled by arbitration per the American Arbitration Association.
